With more than twenty-four years of experience leading, developing, and supporting students’ secondary and postsecondary educational and career planning, Lynne is dedicated to matching students’ gifts with career pathways that embrace growth mindset and fulfill one’s life goals.

Lynne’s Focus

Lynne created College Flight Path to help students identify all aspects of their postsecondary journey. After working in education for over two decades Lynne has helped support students through every stage of their launch.

Meet Stacy Soricelli

Stacy is a dedicated college counselor with more than 20 years of experience guiding students and families through every stage of the college planning process, from building meaningful high school experiences to navigating complex admissions decisions. Her credentials — including a Pennsylvania Certified Secondary School Counselor license, a College Admissions Counseling Certificate from Villanova University, and registered UCAS adviser status — reflect a practitioner who brings both rigor and a global perspective to every student plan. At the center of Stacy's approach is a belief that the college process works best when it begins with the student: who they actually are, what they are genuinely drawn to, and how their education can become a foundation for a life of purpose and contribution.

Stacy’s Focus

Stacy supports College Flight Path through her extensive experience guiding students and families through the full arc of the college planning process — from freshman year course selection and meaningful activity building to college list development, application strategy, and final decision-making. Stacy is highly skilled at building sustained relationships with students over time, using tailored assessments, and synthesizing what she learns about each student to help them articulate an authentic story that connects who they are to where they are headed.

Meet Kevin Murphy

We partnered with Kevin Murphy, Founder of Smart Future, who is a nationally recognized leader in college financial aid, helping families across the country navigate one of life’s most challenging financial decisions. Since 2018, he has guided over 1,000 families to secure millions of dollars in scholarships, grants, and need-based aid—making higher education possible for students from all backgrounds.

Kevin’s approach is rooted in one core belief: no family should overpay for college, and every student deserves the opportunity to pursue their goals without carrying the weight of unnecessary debt. Families trust him for clear, compassionate guidance that brings confidence and clarity to an often confusing process.

Beyond working directly with families, Kevin regularly collaborates with high school counseling departments, financial planners, and admissions consultants to provide a fully integrated approach to college planning. His work supports students ranging from first-generation college-goers to those from affluent households seeking to optimize aid and reduce costs.

A lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore, Kevin enjoys time with his wife, Alejandra, and their two American Hairless Terriers, Coco and Cabo, when not helping families plan for college success.
